Wonderful late Sunday afternoon "snack" at Jibarra's restaurant located in the historic Raleigh Depot building. The former train depot, built in 1912, provides an open, high-energy atmosphere. In the center, the Tequila Tower dominates the space, showcasing all their premium tequila bottles.

Queso Fundido: Melted Chihuahua Cheese with a hint of tequila, and topped with mushrooms, chorizo and poblano pepper served with small tortilla's.
Esquites: a special treat from the chef: cooked corn with chile serrano, epazote, onions, mayo, and salt
